Please note: I am an independent contractor and not an employee of Doulado, MDHHS, or any Michigan Medicaid Health Plans. Processing times vary depending on each health plan, sometimes taking several months, and approval is not guaranteed. I will provide assistance and guidance where I can, but cannot control health plan response times or final decisions. You agree to have your payment card on file with Doulado to cover the cost of $1 per claim submitted.
