COVID-19 Safety Measures

For the safety of your family, and mine, I am fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID19.

I also stay up to date on my DTAP and annual flu vaccines.

Masks are optional for in-person appointments when you and I are both healthy, and required if either of us are sick, to reduce the chances of spreading any illness.

I offer, and expect in return, full transparency and flexibility to replace care or reschedule, if needed for any illness.
